Fr. Cletus Forson  previously ran an educational facility for the training and placement of 190 students in Ghana.The school focuses on farming, secretarial skills, carpentry, mechanical and computer training for its students. The school is also a dormitory for 123 resident students, with over 400 meals served daily.  Also he was a professor at the college in Accra and served as the chaplain of the college as well.

Fr Cletus has a PHD in education which he recieved studying at St John's University in Queens NY.

Fr Cletus is very active in all of IHM's activities in Ghana and around the world as a member of the Board and director of international projects worldwide.
